In the last 3 years:
I use qualitative and quantitative methods. With appropriate research tools, I identify the right problems and develop products that meet the needs of the users.
I help teams follow the design process and make the correct decisions at the proper time. I respect the importance of a timeline. At the same time, I understand the nature of the iterative process.
I follow the Double Diamond process with constant iterations so as not to miss any opportunity for a better understanding of the problem.
I love sharing my knowledge. I have enjoyed being part of an educational institution and will always long to use this experience in my professional life
