The Human-Centred Design Process was conducted as part of the postgraduate course Design and Innovation Management at SWPS University.

Team: We worked in a team of five people with experience in different fields. Two designers, a production engineer with a passion for UX design, a digital marketer and a project manager.

<aside> ✋🏼 I was a team leader. I oversaw the phases of the project and the consistency of the process and represented our team at every level of brand development. In particular, I was responsible for qualitative research, testing and product development.

This allowed us to understand the specifics of the wellness market, determine the direction of development and reinforce the values we wanted to offer.

In this particular case, we divided our tasks equally. Each of us was responsible for delivering the same number of brands and products for research.
